Jun 29, 2016 | Border Collie, Client Sessions, Dogs

I first met Spock at my very first Pawtraits in the Park event back in January, and I knew instantly that he was a natural born model – a star in the making! So I was super-duper excited when I got the opportunity to book him in for a session earlier this month. Unfortunately, after a recent trip to the vet, Spock was technically on cage rest, but I promised to go easy on him and we settled on a simple evening stroll. Okay, so there was a little bit of action involved – but I won’t tell if you won’t!

Lucky for us, that particular evening turned out to be spectacularly sunny – summer had well and truly arrived, with golden light streaming through the trees and creating the most amazing atmosphere. Needless to say Spock rocked it, and even managed to leave our session with a new squeaky toy from my latest collection – yep, I’m a total sucker, but wouldn’t you be when faced with those big brown eyes?

See what I mean? A few weeks after this session, Spock got the all clear from the vet and was free to tear up his local park once more – I’m sure he was thrilled to be back in the wild outdoors! And with the next Pawtraits in the Park event coming up, I’ve got a feeling that this isn’t the last I’ve seen of this cheeky chap…
