TEDDY | STYLE SESSION – NORTHAMPTON
What do you get when you cross a Shih Tzu with a Lhasa Apso? A big bundle of mischief! Enter Teddy, the cheeky chap behind today’s blog post – at only 10 months old he’s about as mischievous as they come, full of fluffy puppy energy and the curiosity to match! I met Teddy and his mum over at Delapre Abbey in Northampton for his session (back when the sun was still shining) and after slipping his collar several times to run off for his very own little adventure in the bushes, I quickly discovered that I had my work cut out for me!
So, out came the harness (to avoid any more Houdini-style disappearing acts) and out came the treats, noisemakers, and just about everything I had to grab Teddy’s attention. I don’t normally recommend wearing harnesses during photo sessions, however Teddy’s safety was paramount, and luckily his harness happened to be very slim, and quickly got disguised in his super fluffy fur. Any bits that were still showing were quickly removed in post-processing by yours truly – you’d never know he was on a harness and lead the whole time!
If you think your dog is too misbehaved for a session of their own – check out Teddy’s photos below, proof that with a little bit of creativity (and Photoshop wizardy) any dog can be photographed 🙂
