Doing Good
Supporting animals in need
I started photographing dogs at my local rescue, Animals In Need, in 2015. It helped me discover my love for combing art & animals, but it also gave me a valuable insight into the world of rescue. Since then I’ve been a firm believer in highlighting the benefits of adoption, and the importance of animal welfare.
Being able to give back to my community is a huge privilege, and an experience that’s probably had more impact on my art than anything else. With this in mind, you’ll never find me far from the causes that inspire me and helped me to become the artist that I am today.
DONATIONS
10% from every pet portrait I create is donated to Animals In Need, so you can feel good knowing that you’re helping to support the rescue, rehoming and rehabilitation of domestic animals and wildlife.
Event photos
You’ll often find me at local fundraising events and fun dog shows, taking photos of the dogs as they strut their stuff! The photos are free for visitors to download after the event.
Adoption shoots
A good photo is essential to a shelter dog’s adoption profile. I organise volunteer days to photograph dogs at Animals In Need, showing them in their best light for potential adopters.
